PRACTICAS DE COMUNICACIÓN EN BRUSELAS

International Crisis Group es una organización no-gubernamental, independiente y sin ánimo de lucro, creada para la prevención y resolución de conflictos armados. Está considerada líder mundial independiente e imparcial en la prevención y resolución de conflictos armados, así como fuente de análisis y asesoramiento a gobiernos e instituciones intergubernamentales como las
Naciones Unidas (ONU), la Unión Europea y el Banco Mundial.

El International Crisis Group está buscando una persona para realizar unas Prácticas de Comunicación Online en Bruselas (Bélgica) para trabajar desde el 1 de Agosto de 2013 hasta el 31 de Enero de 2014.

Tareas:

• Update web content on website, blogs, and internal intranet;
• Engage professionally with social media such as Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn;
• Monitor success of online efforts using google analytics and other tools;
• Monitor developments in online media;
• Help develop new graphics and content for Crisis Group’s website;
• Provide general administrative support

Perfil:

• At least an undergraduate degree is required – a degree in multimedia communications, web design, new media, journalism, and/or international relations, politics, conflict studies, with a keen interest in BOTH fields;
• English language skills at native-speaker level, Spanish is also desirable;
• Passion for social media and its potential as an advocacy tool;
• Knowledge of Content Management Systems, i.e. Sitecore and WordPress;
• Good understanding of HTML/CSS;
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, or other similar software;
• Highly organised and able to pay close attention to detail; and
• Possession of an EU passport, student visa, or other means of working in Belgium for six months without work permit sponsorship from Crisis Group.
