SUMMARY:

The main objective is developing the abilities of our organizations members in career orientation for Roma young people and/ or other minorities. 

The specific objectives are:

1. Mapping the methods used in each partner country to orient Roma (minorities) in career orientation

2. Training 15 members of the partner organizations in using efficient career orientation tools/ methods

3. Creating a toolkit to facilitate career orientation for Roma young people or other minorities
